Our Commitment to Intellectual Property

We take copyright infringement seriously. Our platform is designed to provide original content and tools, and we strive to ensure that all material on our website either belongs to us, is used with permission, or is in the public domain.

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied or used on our site in a way that constitutes infringement, please notify us immediately following the procedures outlined below. We will investigate your claim and take appropriate action.

All DMCA takedown notices and counter-notifications should be submitted to our designated copyright agent:

How We Process Takedown Notices

Once we receive a complete and valid DMCA takedown notice, we will:

  1. Verify the Notice: We will review your notice to ensure it contains all required elements.

  2. Remove or Disable Access: If the notice is valid, we will promptly remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material.

  3. Notify the User: We will notify the user who posted the material about the takedown, providing them with a copy of your notice.

  4. Provide Counter-Notification Information: We will inform the user of their right to submit a counter-notification.

Processing Time: We aim to process valid notices within 24-48 hours.

Filing a DMCA Counter-Notification

If you believe that your material was removed or disabled in error or as a result of misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification. A valid counter-notification must include:

1. Your Signature

Your physical or electronic signature.

2. Identification of the Removed Material

A description of the material that was removed or disabled and its location before removal (the URL where it appeared).

3. Statement Under Penalty of Perjury

A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.

4. Contact Information and Consent to Jurisdiction

  • Your name, address, and telephone number

  • A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or, if outside the United States, to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Pakistan)

  • A statement that you will accept service of process from the person who filed the original takedown notice

Processing Counter-Notifications

When we receive a valid counter-notification, we will:

  1. Review the Counter-Notice: We will verify that it contains all required elements.

  2. Send a Copy to the Original Complainant: We will forward a copy of the counter-notification to the person who filed the original takedown notice.

  3. Wait for Response: We will await confirmation from the original complainant that they have filed a court action to prevent reinstatement of the material.

Restoration: If the original complainant does not file a court action within 10-14 business days, we may restore the removed material.

Repeat Infringer Policy

We take copyright infringement seriously and maintain a zero-tolerance policy for repeat infringers. Our policy includes:

  • Tracking Repeat Offenses: We keep records of all valid DMCA notices.

  • Account Termination: Users who are subject to multiple valid takedown notices may have their access terminated or restricted.

  • Discretion: We reserve the right to terminate user accounts at our sole discretion.

Legal Warning Regarding False Claims

Important: Knowingly making false claims of copyright infringement carries serious legal consequences.

Under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly and materially misrepresents that material is infringing may be liable for damages, including costs and attorney's fees, incurred by the alleged infringer or the service provider.

We take false claims seriously and will pursue all legal remedies against individuals who file fraudulent DMCA notices.

Modifications to this Policy

We reserve the right to update or modify this DMCA Copyright Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. Your continued use of our website constitutes acceptance of any changes.
